The Bill of Quantity is a document that lists all the items, quality, materials, dimensions & labor needed to complete the project.

Has Sinoalex participated in any trade shows or exhibitions?
Yes we have participated in trade shows & exhibitions in Greece, China, Egypt and in 2024 we’ll participate in Saudi Arabia & Dubai.

Does Sinoalex offer samples?
Yes we offer samples and sample rooms at the expense of the client. If the client wants to move forward, then we reimburse the cost of the samples from the final order.

Does Sinoalex ask clients for a deposit on the order?
Yes, we ask for a 30% deposit on the order. This is Negotiable.

What furniture products does Sinoalex sell?
Mainly Hotel, Residential & office furniture, like beds, sofas, desks, chairs, bathrooms including flooring, ceiling, walls, & lighting fixtures. We offer turnkey solutions so we can supply everything based on the requirements of the project including installation. Keep in mind, we don’t have to do everything, even a portion of the project will be good to work with. iption goes here

Do you accept signing legally binding contracts?
Yes, all major projects are done this way, we will sign a contract that mentions all technical & financial aspects and any other necessary details for the agreement of all parties involved.

I want to export to X country, what documents is Sinoalex able to provide?
We manage all Handling & Legalizing of Documents so after the goods are successfully loaded & sent to the port or airport, we issue all necessary documents for shipment. Such as Bills of lading, Airway bills, invoices, Packing lists, insurance bills, & certificate of origin to name a few and any other documents depending on destination requirements.

Are there any products Sinoalex has exclusive agreements for any geographical area?
No, we don’t have exclusivity agreements with any geographical area.

What is the main manufacturing process?
The general process starts with approving plans with the client, confirming design, colors, quantity, & dimensions. After that, the factory starts buying raw materials needed for producing the plans using cutting edge technologies. We monitor production but third parties are welcome to join if the client requires it.

How will Sinoalex package the furniture?
All is according to clients requirements, mainly we pack with foam/bubble wrap, then in cartons and wooden chassis, or totally wooden boxes, depending on the product ( glass, fabric, etc.)

What certifications do you provide?
All certificates can be provided according to clients requirements.We manage all Handling & Legalizing of Documents so after the goods are successfully loaded & sent to the port or airport, we issue all necessary documents for shipment. What guarantees can you give on the safety of the products?
We can provide warranty from 1-5 years depending on the product. Extending warranty is negotiable.

Yes. We perform inspection 3 times, at the beginning, middle & end of production, and provide a report and full set of photos.. Clients are welcome to visit with us for inspection, we have a highly skilled team visiting the manufacturers for pre-packing inspections where products will be documented & tested.

What does the inspection process include?
During Production Inspection:
We allow the products to reach the desired level of quality to be ready for immediate shipment. Any product defects will be identified as early as possible and addressed on site with inspection reports including details of all the quality issues, no matter how small.
PSI: Pre-Shipment Inspection:
We verify that the shipment of goods meets the specifications and requirements. Once the goods are packed, we make arrangements for loading on freight containers and trucks to be transported, and we oversee the loading process ensuring proper packing & loading to guarantee transportation safety.
Benefits of conducting an expert furniture Inspection:
We visually inspect products against CAD design sketches & samples, for aesthetic compliance and check for defects related to dimensions, discolouration, finishing, scratches, warping, and any other visual imperfections.
Lab Tests include flammability & fire resistance tests, chemical tests for lead content in surface coatings (Pentachlorophenol & Formaldehyde in composite wood products)
Inspection Team:
Checks for appearance & aesthetic of the goods, fabric, printing, gaps, screw holes, hardware, glass, plastic, mirror & foam, carton size, weight check, moisture, loading test.
Auditor:
Carries out a product audit that checks to analyze the lifespan of the products and assess their current condition. Identifies risks, determining appropriate controls that address risks & design substantive procedures.

Before the final payments, can we use a third-party agency to do a final inspection?
We perform inspection 3 times, at the beginning, middle & end of production, and provide a report and full set of photos. However if a client asks for a third party inspection (SGS, TUV ETC.) it can be arranged, at the clients expense.All goods are produced at the clients required standards. Any certification or code is followed accordingly.

Can customers pay directly to your company’s bank account?
Yes, payment can be wired to our bank account.

How long is the quote rate valid for?
Product prices are generally valid for 30 days but can be valid for more. Shipping costs change day by day, most shipping companies will give a 30 day quote. If you need to ship on the 31st day that price may change. So we will always inform you how long that price is valid for.

Does Sinoalex Issue Receipts or Invoices?

How long does it take to package the products?
This depends on the quantity and the items, but mainly a few days.

From which port/location will Sinoalex be shipping the products from?
For furniture we ship from Guangzhou or Shenzhen port. For Raw materials & industrial equipment we ship from Tianjin port of Qingdao port to your desired port.

What is the Average timeline from point of order to Production?
Furniture: This depends on the product but on average 20-30 days for production.
Industrial: This depends on the product but on average 45-60 days for production. -
What type of container will Sinoalex be using?
20ft & 40 ft shipping containers (TEUs and FEUs) (Twenty Equivalent Units and Forty Equivalent Units)

Is Sinoalex fully insured, licensed, and bonded?
Yes, we have a legal business license and annual return.

For supplying furniture & raw materials what is the minimum size project Sinoalex works on?
We can work on any space, the more, the better to be feasible and save shipping costs. Ideally 50+ rooms / 20+ full apartments or 3,000 square meters or more.

What is the Bill of Lading document?
A legal document that describes what’s being shipped between the shipper and a logistics company, how much quantity there is and which destination it’s going to. It also proves you own or control the goods described.

Does Sinoalex carry universal liability insurance if any of the affiliated companies are sued for any reason? (e.g. wrong delivered goods, materials not arriving on scheduled time resulting in project delays leading to expensive penalties)
All these are covered in the Letter of Credit (L/C). Your company is only a collaborator company. Sinoalex in China is liable for everything as the L/C will be opened to us. Insurance, delays, disqualified materials and anything extra are always covered in the L/C.

When I have a project for Sinoalex, what do I need to send to receive a quote?
To quote you on a project we need the Bill of Quantity & the drawings/plans with dimensions, materials & quality required in PDF & DWG format files.
If you don't have the Bill of quantity yet, you may send us the list of items needed. Keep in mind that sending us a list of items, you’ll be quoted on a per unit basis, for bulk prices we will need the required quantity of the item for your project.
Another option is we send you our catalogues for you to choose what you want. Once you have chosen, you may tell us so we can send you quotes on the items.
